How I can adjust my beer belly in 7 days?
I have 50 years old, reasonably fit, but like many kids I have a belly beer! Now that I hooked up with a new girlfriend. I want to quickly improve my appearance and fitness, and my beer belly is my biggest problem! I'm not looking for a six pack, but I want some advice on the quickest way to tighten the stomach.
Since the abdominals are muscles of the base is relatively easy to see fast results! You must do 30 sit-ups, 50 sit-ups every morning and then maybe again at night and belly have gone or permanently puff dramatically reduced!
