Does everyone in Australia drink like a fish?
We have a friend staying here in the U.S. Aust. and everything we do hope that there is potable. And only one beer that is appalled that we are not Jim & Coke in a can here. It was a terrible shock that we have in our liquor racetrack in a race yesterday evening. His second night here drinking one third of a bottle of Jim Beam and passed out in the yard. We broing cause local pubs to go to small, not big clubs hundreds of people angry. Is it normal this behavior in Australia and need to grow up? I'm not trying to be rude "I do not take it that way please. I have explained that he always talks about how everyone is going to clubs, and yes, it refers to everyone as a Pisshead or however the term is going, so I asked if I was full of shit or just an Alki. In the U.S., universities are famous for being drunk and in the south there are tons of drunks too. I know that you too do not approve of them either!
Someone called it an alpha male. For his behavior put me at about gamma, delta maybe. When I was younger I used to drink a little, but not as their friend and I did not expect a bar on every corner. Only once I almost fainted, but fails. I would say that he is either young and foolish (and has no manners) or has a problem with drinking and has no manners. Keep in in the U.S., you may not want him back.
