Beer Cheese
Does anyone have the recipe for making a cheese sauce of beer and the Quaker Steak and Lube?
I know that the use of Guinness, but that's it! The drop in Quaker Steak is very mild flavor, but definitely has the flavor of beer.
BEER-CHEESE DIP 1 pound process cheese spread loaf, cut into pieces 1 / 2 cup regular or alcohol-free beer (any brand) 1 / 2 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable enterprises bite red sauce, pepper, bread cubes or crackers (If desired) Heat cheese and beer in a saucepan with 3 quarts medium heat. Keep warm in low temperatures. CHEESE DIP or beer £ An extra sharp Cheddar cheese 1 pound Colby or Cheddar cheese 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 / 4 cup butter Seven Seas dressing recipe 1 1 / 4 tsp. A pinch of mustard prepared cayenne pepper 3 / 4 cup beer (approximately) Grate cheese and chop the garlic. Combine with Worcestershire, dressing, mustard and cayenne pepper. Beat with mixer Electrical and add enough beer to make a spreadable consistency. Refrigerate, covered, until needed. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. JM
