Help you lose weight! Make-A along with diet and exercise routine.?
I'm 5'5 and about 145-150 pounds range: (really want to lose weight and tone but I do not know how! I do not like running, so do the elliptical at the gym, but I feel that this is going nowhere. I know my diet could use some work too, so if you're ready for the challenge I have to tell me what to do! I presented my work-out and routine diet below. Many thanks! Work-out: Elliptical maybe 3 times a week, burning 300 calories each time. Ab work outs Hip / inner thigh machine kidnapping Diet: Usually food Chinese bread w / w butter and bagels with cream cheese, diet soda, sometimes fast food or ramen soup up, submarines, drinking on weekends (four loko not beer, I know that is not healthy, but I'm in the stage game of my life.) Now that I was all out it, I realize I am very unhealthy to eat! and probably could save a lot of money not eating out. Help is certainly appreciated at this time!
Yes, your diet is not a very healthy at all!
You should try to gradually change their eating habits towards a more healthy and I'm sure you achieve weight loss. Why not try the Mediterranean diet? It is not a real diet, is more a way of feeding, a natural way to stay healthy and keep your weight under control based on a balanced and varied food habits, containing all the different categories of foods to ensure the intake of necessary nutrients and rich in vegetables, legumes, fruits and grains provide fiber, minerals and vitamins, ideal for growth and is also low in calories. I'm Italian and I love this eating pattern because it really helps you stay fit and healthy without sacrificing taste and clean up any food: the recipes are good and easy to prepare, there is no need to deny yourself all the time (these type of diets do not work! Just quit after a few days!) So I just do not have the feeling of being on a diet! And if you learn to eat healthy and get used to it and make it in a daily routine, then you will not have to go on a diet because your eating style will help you keep your weight under control in a natural way! You often said to eat what you may not like to cook too much or you just do not cook so often, but these dishes are very quick to prepare and tasty, try and discover that will make your meals at home (perhaps with some friends) not only is healthier (and cheaper!), but can even be fun! To discover more about the Mediterranean diet and test, a look at this website: You can get a free http://www.italiandiet.com Mediterranean diet based on your personal nutritional needs and made by a team of nutritionists from the SISA (Italian Association of Food Science). Just sign up, provide information about their weight, lifestyle, their food preferences and your weight loss goal and receive e-mail every day eating plan free daily with their "recipes of the day" and a grocery shopping list (you need to prepare). I've tried, is really a good guide for my daily meals! Here are also some rules to follow just that I use in my daily life to keep my weight under control: – eat white meat (chicken, turkey) than red meat: they have the same nutritional value but less fat – a lot of fish eat – use olive oil as the fat of your choice: it is highly digestible and helps in the digestion of other fats, – Daily food consumption was divided into 4-5 sessions: it will be easier to digest food more effectively; – include in your diet all-in-a-meals like pasta with vegetables or pasta with beans: they are quick to prepare and deliver the same nutrients as a three-course meal and it is also lower in calories – as much as you can, try to avoid fast food and soft drink … Of course, diet is not enough. You should also be part of their daily physical activity routine: if you hate running, you could try swimming or cycling … choose what you want. The important thing is do regular exercise! That is the key to success!
Good luck!
