How does alcohol which contains no calories?
I count my calories and I want to know how different alcohols have calories lot, but not the list. Why do not they have them? In addition, drinking liquor is less calories than wine or beer as they only need one equally little to get drunk as a lot of beer?
Bottles of beer and can actually make a list of the calories on the label, you only have be sought. As the majority of hard liquor (spirits), usually have no calories unless it is like a liquor or liqueur Bailey or Kalhua or something. These usually have a ton of sugar, calories, etc (as long as the alcohol goes) but I would not worry about it unless you drink large amounts frequently. The amount of calories in alcohol, in general, is negligible.
