List of ten things to keep a healthy lifestyle
Fresh air, sunshine, healthy food and water are the essential things we need to live a lifestyle healthy. So I have a list of 10 things to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
1. FRESH AIR – oxygen, feed, feeds us. Making our lives count for the future and the pure air of blue-green planet. Walk gently, breathe now, full, deep, strong, long time. Full breaths to get oxygen, feeding and clean. Long, deep exhale, release toxins, old emotions, all held in. Let's go. Let's go … Fear slows breathing. Renew the commitment to inhale deeply, long exhale. Pending. Do it again and again and again and again and again and again …
2. SUNSHINE – Plants take the sun and us too. Get outside, take off your glasses, do not overdo it. Call Yummy – when it's sunny – smiling, playing and dancing in the light … Sunshine full spectrum natural light stimulates our pineal and pituitary glands to revolutionize the metabolism makes it churn and burn. One would think that water needs to refresh at a cellular level pretty damn often. Get your own bottle. Clean, refresh.
4. MOTION – Life is movement / Life is movement. Dancing, singing, playing, walking, running, jumping, walking, hiking, skiing, sailing … How many others can you think?? Being sedentary it's like inertia. Difficult start up again, but once you do, do not stop. Find a way to get around: walking the dog, stretch, dance, play ball … It can be soft and slow, or can be quick and fast. The body needs movement to distribute their life force out toxins, assimilate.
