Beer Brats Recipe Grill
Does anyone have a recipe for Beer Brats?
Summer has begun and I am looking for a good recipe beer brats for a barbecue. Any ideas? More beyond them in beer and cooking, then broil please ….
When cooked in beer add onion and garlic and use of a good dark beer like Guinness. In fact, I like to use both Guinness and Bass Ale Ale or harps or because I like the taste of the Black and Tans. Remove the onions Brats and beer, keeping the onions. After removing your Brats in beer, beer continue to boil until reduced by at least half and then with a brush on the grid, while the sausages. Take leftover onions and saute in a pan or grill with a little butter and serve on the Brats on the grill with hot mustard and maybe some sauerkraut. WA
