To operate, place on top of your open beer bottle. Then simply place the appropriate size slice of lemon on the side compartmentwith cortex front of the door hinges. Close the door slowly and evenly push down. It squeezes your lime wedge for you, extracting 100% juice in your beer, and sink the wedge into the beer.
