Beer Bongs Illegal
Is it legal to produce and use a beer bong in a public room (bar)?
Do not see why it would be illegal … Note: We were curious on the legality of the issue, nobody really wants to.
It is not illegal, but many establishments might frown on it. Most bars to ask their customers to use only containers provided by the bar, and unless you are familiar with the owners or waiters, will probably be asked to refrain from using it.
