Beer Battered Fish Tacos Recipe
Mass recipe for fish?
I prefer a mixture of beer, but any ideas or good recipes are appreciated. Thanks in advance! (Greenland for fish tacos) and fried fish is freshly caught halibut, if that makes any difference.
… Easier to use a mixture pancake (the type just add water), use a bottle of beer as the liquid, add a little onion powder, paprika and dried thyme. The mass should be rather thick. Let stand for half an hour, then dip fish fillets and fry. Dry on paper towels, salt and pepper and serve. Delicious.
