the best breading for fried chicken?
Ok, so it has been doing a lot of research on different types of bread crumbs for chicken fried and I keep running into the same old cup milk egg and flour that is fine but I want something better with a kick or similar to make the dough thick and tasty beer!? can someone please help me?? I was thinking, what if I took some milk and egg, season flour and mix it all together, like pancake batter? What then if the chicken wings in the wet i then put it in a fryer? I will take all the recipes please anyone help me thank you !!!!!

Reserve 2 tablespoons in a separate container. Rinse chicken wings in cold water and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the wings evenly with the seasoning, and let marinate, covered and chilled for 1 hour. Beat the eggs, hot sauce, pepper, red pepper, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Reserve. Put the flour on a plate slightly deep or pan. In a large deep fryer or large oven heat oil to 350 degrees F on a thermometer Dutch immersion oil. Dredge chicken wings in egg mixture then in the flour. 3 Place the wings while in the hot oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked and golden. Remove to paper towel lined tray sheet. Click again to secure the oil temperature before adding the next batch. Sprinkle wings with extra seasoning reserved for chicken wings.
