Beer Battered Chicken Finger Recipe

BBQ Chicken Drums of Heaven
Ingredients
18 Chicken Wings
3 oz ginger root – grated
Granulated 1 oz garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 dashes Tabasco
1 oz Brandy
1 egg
For the batter
1 cup flour
2 Eggs
1 / 2 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking powder
Water
Wash chicken wings and cut each section of the tip. Hold each end of a
remaining wing, articulate, disjoint and bending the elbow, not separate.
Keeping fingers tightly around the bone smaller, press upward, pushing meat
smaller section right in the larger section, giving the wing of a leg
appearance.
Repeat with all wings.
Combine ginger root, garlic, oil, salt, Tabasco, brandy and egg in a bowl and

Fold wings into Shrimp Batter; fry at 360 until brown.
BATTER: Combine all ingredients. Thin with water until consistency
that of the fluffy pancake mix for the dough, add 1 tsp. oil and 4 oz beer.
Tips:
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling raw meat.
- Use different utensils for raw and cooked meats.
- Never place cooked food on a plate or surface that has been used for raw meat (unless it has been washed thoroughly).
- Do not put raw meat products next to cooked or partially cooked food on the barbecue.
- Do not add sauce or marinade to cooked food, if it has been used with raw meat.
- Remember that the distribution at retail, fresh chicken is kept cool in order to prolong his life useful and to prevent bacterial growth. Packages of chicken should feel cold to the touch, and should be one of the last items to choose before departure.
