manhattan where I live?
Ok, so I got into Columbia and grants to pastors and the Fashion Institute of Technology so I will be living in New York but do not wan to live on campus want to live in an apartment. I have vissited New York City before, but I do not know where best to live. I would like some place or center of the top maybe. must have good shops and boutiques nearby and have to be sure, not a place where a lot of vagrants around. I also do not have like the places with gross small bars and pubs with cheap beer rather not be good restaurants with good wine. PS cost isn't a big problem I do not want a large attic just a smaller apartment i think you 2,000 to $ 4,500 per month, but anything less than $ 1,000
