What is the best happy hour in Midtown Manhattan?
I am looking for offers ideal for beer, but do not have to be. East Side would also be better but I'm not afraid to take a short walk / taxi. Also, is there a website with a database of offers user-friendly bar in New York? The couple that I found are not very useful. Thanks for any suggestions!
