Is it the unions involved and barman ….?
and is there any law that applies to the industry?
not seen in most locations as there is one in Las Vegas, but unless there is a place with a large bar offers you may not have a union there is much more involved law with tending bar, but varies by country and state in the U.S., there are laws in most states that regulate the age, and in some locations also require a course responsible for making service. There may be more in your area, but you must contact the municipal authorities in charge of liquor laws and find out.
