Bartending Pour Counts

What are the charges for a waiter pours test? Quarter, half, 3 / 4, 1, 1 1 / 4, 2, etc? ?
What size drink to these accounts are usually eg) the rocks, shot, martini? What is clean and back straight? I have an audition for a job as a barman will pour the test, and met with …. any advice?
every 1 / 4 oz should be a first charge. 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 ounces are used in Long Island and other beverages mixed with various spirits. 3 / 4 oz is used in the back of a mixed liquor drink two (ie, Russian white = 1 1 / 4 oz vodka, 3 / 4 oz Kahlua). 1 1 / 4 is the standard pour in most beverages (ie, vodka & tonic, gin and 7, jack and coke). 2 oz is the standard pour pour rocks and neat. means that spills clean straight from the bottle into a glass, who had never touched the ice or water. up is a drink that is poured over ice, shaken and strained. My advice is to be a good bullsh * Tter. Drinks are easy to learn. if they are not interesting to talk or see below, they are useless behind a bar. be as friendly as can be.
