Do you have to live in Las Vegas for 1 year before being eligible to work in the casino?
Rumors say the casino and hospitality positions and serve as a bartender positions are only available to people who have been living in Las Vegas for 1 full year. Is this true?
No, you can apply the day of their arrival, but their costs will be game cards, health cards and alcohol awareness cards. There has never been an "eligibility" requirement of any casino or hospitality position. Note, however, most jobs are poorly paid but that is offset by tokes (tips) that you receives.
