Bartending Mixed Drinks
Im thinking about getting my license as a barman any advice?
Im thinking about getting my bartending license and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on mixing drinks, and the welfare of a waiter in general. I want to be the class everyone wants to tip a waiter, so help me be better.
Better chance of advice: Remember their names. Remember your drinks. Ask about a little something personal "How about the new girlfriend?" Be quick. Make people think you are giving special service. (Serving his first regular high inclination) Hook up with them if your bar compositions permits.
