mobile bartender, what kind of permits do I need in California.?
I follow all laws and wondered also an encore. license, do I need some type of alcohol license or permit of any restaurant to host a barman type of business?
You first need a health permit need to make your installation inspected including the bar, serving and storage equipment, etc. You must have a business license, and you must purchase a liquor license for selling alcohol. oops two alcohol licenses for wine and beer and hard alcohol. may be others, but also, if you want to comply with the law expect to pay at least $ 50,000.00 just for alcohol permits and licenses. must have an outdoor kitchen away and not connected to your house for the preparation, washing, etc another $ 100K just for starters.
