Bartending Age Limit

Bartending Looking …?
Now I'm working as security at a bar in Pittsburgh. I finally open my own place and want to learn what you can. I meet the age limit and I am very willing to learn. But searching the web, I found web sites with tons of mixed drinks in it. Is it really necessary to learn all these drinks, or just some basics? Or do I have a recipe guide in hand? I understand that some nights may be breathtaking, and some may be making any money at all, but it is a kind of learning experience. So what should I do about bartender school? I read in the comments and some other questions, but I go to the town hall and the license file for a waiter? Or is there some other process that I have to go through?
So I have a bartender for years, and this is what I learned. See all basic drinks … you should know how to make a Cosmo, most people do things like gin and tonic, vodka and cranberry. I also learned very quickly if you want to drink should know what is in it. Do not be afraid to ask the person who orders what is in that cup. Every time we go somewhere new that has a great mix of drinks I copy the recipes either asking or looking at the drink menu to see what is in them. If you are opening a place is good to have a signature drink, try new things. What works elsewhere? I want to copy drinks and add my personal touch. Mr. Boston's guide bar is not a bad thing to have under the counter. The book is easy to use in situations of fasting, has a lot of drinks and alternative names for them. I did not go to school bartender and I have worked with people who have and I can honestly say that I know more, so that may throw the bottle 900 case, 2 is good enough for me and I can make some drinks murderer. While good drinks you can remember things, talking to people, the brand and look good they are there. Good luck I hope this helped.
