What kind of experience they have bar owners look for when hiring a waiter?
I've never been able to get a job as barman always want to experience. It takes experience to get experience, and nobody gives me a chance. That's why it's time for me to make a lot whold barman of experience, and I know what sounds better. Thanks a bundle, a round me.
start working as a waitress at first and then you have to borrow up to be trained as a waiter. nobody wants a waiter without "real" experience … that means working with people is not going to bartending school. Ive bartender that past 5yrs barman NEVER school people are hired, trust me, start doing something else in the same industry and work ur way up, happens more faster than luck or think.good
