Bartending options for a wedding?

We're getting married in July 2010 and planning well in advance. One thing we are really stuck on alcohol is part of the event. Payment per person per hour pay, pay during the first two drinks, providing our own liquor and alcohol, a bartender to serve and pay them for the drinks? If you have had experience with this, please let us know! We are very quiet and everyone has a good time dancing, drinking and being merry. Will be in a little place to camp, as a country house and bed and fireplace and a heated private cottages and bunk beds and what not. I like the idea of only providing a bunch of different beers, some wine and champagne, and a mixed drink. And of course, soft drinks and coffee, but those are not the problem. We mostly beer drinkers (our friends and ourselves, more heterogeneous family and wine). Just a little insight to help with suggestions. Thanks!

Luckily, we found a place that allows us to offer our own alcohol. Therefore, we will have a friend make us a bar as a wedding gift and go to action with two barrels with two different beers, some liquor (I'll leave our family members choose their favorites), and a blender and some margarita mix. Then, I'll have some wine too. We will also have soda and water and our food service could be provided with an assortment of lemonade as it comes with the package. If you can provide most of their alcoholic drinks, I would suggest to do so. Especially since what is not consumed can take home with you, just for sodium and water. If you can not bring their own due to the local election, probably try to make a payment for hours if you have that option. Otherwise, I have to pay for the first two drinks is a good choice. That way, those who do not drink would "give" their drinks to which they do. Good luck!
