Bar Tending
Should I go to school, tend bar, or visit on the spot?
I have been working as a waitress in a bar for a couple of months, I really like, but I'd rather be a waitress because the waiters make up to 3 times more than me. Basically I wonder if I should learn everything you can from the barman and then trying to find another job as a waitress, or go to bartender school. Does anyone had the same dilemma?
Every place I have worked as opposed to looking expierience school. All I know the waiters have never went to school bartender. Talk to your employer about whether or not you beable to train as a waiter. Stay with the company you are in which is their best chance to become a waiter, because wherever you go, you will work its way.
