Alcoholic Shot Drinks

What is the level of blood alcohol content?
Its alcohol content in blood, or blood alcohol level that is sometimes referred, is the percentage actual concentration of alcohol in your bloodstream. The legal limit can vary by state and country, but for almost all places in the United States and Canada, the legal limit for blood alcohol content is .08, which means that less than one tenth of one percent of the blood is concentrated with alcohol when is considered legally intoxicated.
Despite popular belief, there is no real definitive way for you to determine what your actual content of alcohol in blood (BAC) unless you have access to a breathalyzer. There are many factors that are related to your BAC that trying to calculate the number own your itself is just a guessing game.
Things like: your own tolerance built up over time you have been drinking alcohol, what types of beverages consumed on a given night, what kind of food you ate before drinking and what type of food (if any) that eating while drinking, gender and percentage of body fat are all things that can weigh pretty heavily on what your BAC is real in a given night. Believe it or not, other things can take into account the equation, so if you have been or are currently suffering from an illness (even something like the common cold), level of fatigue and your level of hydration all can also affect your BAC.
So there is no magic spreadsheet that can be downloaded from the Internet, and there is no mathematical equation magic that your friend's mate came up room that will tell you one hundred percent accuracy what you BAC is, because it can change for any number of reasons in a given night. Even if you drank five beers last night and a breathalyzer gave a reading of 10, that is no guarantee that if you drink five beers tonight that the reading will be exactly the same.
If you're tired or hungry, thirsty or stuffy or if you are taking another type of alcohol (even if you are drinking less than their usual drink of choice) than you normally consume can be done completely differently than you may be waiting and the results can be reflected in your BAC.
There are also a lot of myths circulating about the ability of someone to manipulate their BAC and level of intoxication, participate in some activities extremely easy, but really all you can lower your BAC is time. Things like: drinking lots of coffee, making intense physical activity or sit in a cold shower of ice will have no effect what so ever in the BAC, cease their use of alcohol and leave a number spend adequate time is all you can do to bring your BAC back to a normal level.
It takes an average person about one hour to metabolize the alcohol contained in a standard drink of alcohol (a 12 oz beer, a glass of wine or a shot.) So if you knock back a six pack of your favorite beer while see the baseball game at home friends, it is best to be prepared to spend the night or call a taxi to get home unless your planning on waiting until the wee hours of the morning for your body to be able to metabolize all the alcohol so that your BAC can drop down to well below the legal limit before you get on the road.
No matter if you feel well, or even if you just had a cup of coffee and ran around the block, you can still be over the legal limit, a form of approximate calculation of the level of alcohol in the blood using BAC calculator. However, the safest thing to do when you are drinking is to stay where you are, or have someone who has not been drinking at all drive you home.
