Alcohol effects
We take alcohol, for various reasons and only as a means of entertainment. While we may be doing this in innocence, we must careful not to lose control of addicted and eventually get. Being dependent on alcohol is what is known as alcoholism and its effects, ranging from mental, physical, to psychological, can be really disastrous if not controlled in the early stages of development.
Different agencies have different levels sensitivity to alcohol so that, while some may take three decades to get affected by alcohol abuse, others take only three years! Addiction should be considered a mental illness that affects the victim. Increased aggressiveness and agitation at any little things, is usually a sign of mental illness set in. In advanced stages of the victim becomes abusive and violent that could cause them to commit crimes.
The depletion of thiamine and vitamins B complex, is another effect of alcohol that affects the nervous system, causing tingling sensations and numbness of the extremities. The result is later in the delayed clotting time and hypertension and as a result leads to a time that could be fatal. Addiction also causes overproduction of acids gastric erode the cause of a disease known as gastritis and gastric ulcers as well. As a result, damage the liver and affects the metabolism, production excretion of bile and to cause alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Other effects of alcoholism include impaired protein digestion which leads to muscle wasting and loss of energy, altered appearance and sensitivity of the person's body. The weakening of heart muscles and increased blood pressure is another problem associated with addiction which eventually leads to cardiac arrest. In general, the best way to avoid addiction is abstinence.
