Alcohol Shot Volume

have a glass of milk has the same amount of carbohydrates one apple martini?
my doctor told me milk and alcohol tha breaks carbohydrates. that has more carbohydrates? which is the same drink a glass of milk to drink Jack Daniels shot of carb wise?. I guess the amount of carbohydrates will be calculated alcohol by volume. Does anyone know the processing or formula for this calculation and / or how does it work?
Here (CHO = carbohydrate carbon): 8 oz glass of whole milk – 244g CHO/100 gx 4.52 g / 8 oz = 138 g CHO 1 oz Jack Daniels (or other distilled spirits) – 2.41 x 28 g CHO/100g g / 1 oz = 34 g CHO 4 oz apple juice – 11.54 g CHO / 100g x 124 g / 4 oz = 358 g CHO Therefore, a single shot of Jack Daniels would have about one third of the carbohydrate an 8 oz glass of milk. However, an alcoholic drink consisting of 1 oz and 4 oz of juice would be about 3 times the amount of CHO as a glass of milk. (Feel free to visit sites and numbers and make their own mathematics. This is a quick ballpark.)
