Advertisements Beer

I need reasons why policies should be placed on advertising to restrict its fallacies?
As well, I'm doing an essay discussion relevant announcement on fallacies in 2 hours .. and I can not think why advertising fallacies (like how they exaggerate and stuff) are bad .. Probably I will say that they portray some bad things like good beer (and cigarettes, etc), therefore there must be a policy of these misconceptions .. mainly because media as a huge influence on youth .. but I need more. PLEASE HELP ME.
The ads have a huge impact on youth. Classifieds to tell people how to live, think and act, so make sure you have a massive amount of accountability with these ads is essential. It is a notion vague, but you could play outside.
